Refund and Cancellation Policy

At the Roller Skating Association of Bengal (RSAB), we strive to provide high-quality training and services. However, we understand that there may be situations where cancellations or refunds are required. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed for services, classes, and events provided by RSAB.

1. Cancellation of Registration

If you wish to cancel your registration for a class, program, or event, the following terms apply:

1. Cancellations by Participants:

• Classes/Programs: Participants may cancel their registration for classes or training programs at any time before the start date. Cancellations made prior to the start of the program may be eligible for a refund as described below.
• Events: For events, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

1. Cancellations by RSAB:

• If RSAB cancels a class, program, or event for any reason (such as insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances), participants will be given the option to:
• Reschedule to another class, program, or event at no extra cost.
• Receive a full refund of the fees paid for the cancelled class, program, or event.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with the following guidelines:

1. Refund Eligibility:

• For Classes/Programs: If you cancel a class or program registration at least 15 days before the start date, you will be eligible for a refund.
• For Events: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund. 

1. Refund Method:

• Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. For example, if payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation request being confirmed.

1. Non-Refundable Items:

• Registration fees for products or services that have been consumed (e.g., one-time purchases, merchandise, etc.) are not refundable.
• Payments for any third-party services or transactions not directly controlled by RSAB (e.g., external vendors for specific events) are subject to the refund policies of the third-party providers.

3. No-Show Policy

If a participant fails to attend a scheduled class, event, or program without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued, and the full registration fee will be forfeited.

4. Changes to Services

In the event of any changes to scheduled services, RSAB will make reasonable efforts to inform participants in advance. If a class or event is rescheduled, participants will have the option to either:

• Attend the rescheduled session.
• Request a refund if they are unable to attend the new schedule.

5. Force Majeure

In the event that RSAB is unable to deliver a class, program, or event due to reasons beyond its control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), RSAB will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected sessions. If rescheduling is not possible, participants will be offered a refund.
